The Glamorous Gamma Lambda Chapter was chartered on May 24, 1981 by 8 women at the University of Southern California. Since its chartering, Gamma Lambda has stood for nothing less than excellence on the campus of the University of Southern California. Members of Gamma Lambda have helped to initiate programs that honor African-American students and help to uplift the community.
